Known as India’s resident innovation guru, David brings world-class
innovation to organizations around the globe. His experience includes
service in one of the world’s leading innovation laboratories, the Advanced
Concepts and Technology group at Pitney Bowes. An inventor (holder of two
patents), author, songwriter, educator and visionary leader, David has
created several multi-million-dollar business solutions. In a career
spanning more than 40 years he has specialized in gathering and analyzing
data to discover insights, conceiving innovative solutions, and developing
concepts into profit-improving products, services, policies and programs.
A true innovation generalist, David leads innovation projects and workshops,
conducts innovation audits, and advises top management on corporate
innovation policy, programs and structures.
Educational Qualifications: David earned his MBA in International Management
with honors from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and his BA in

Alok Kumar,
Senior Consultant
Alok is a senior innovation manager with a track record of successful
product launches in Europe and the Middle East. His capstone assignment,
stationed in Brussels, was as Global Head of Innovation for AB Inbev, the
world’s largest brewery firm. Prior to that, he was the Head of Key Business
in Russia and Eastern Europe for Unilever.
Alok’s greatest strengths include managing teams, customer insight
development, assessing global market potential, and driving performance. He

Educational Qualifications: Alok earned his MBA from the Faculty of
Management Studies at Delhi University and his BA (Hons.) in economics from

George Eapen,
Senior Consultant
George loves learning and teaching, and his focus is on applying knowledge
for business results. He has achieved success in both teaching and business
consulting. Fluent in three European languages, he is equally at home in
Bangalore, Delhi, New York, Frankfurt and Paris. At INSEAD, the renowned
French business school, he taught classes and also developed and facilitated
corporate management development programs (MDPs) and consulting assignments
for leading global enterprises.
George was privileged to mentor Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne when they were
working on their best-selling book, Blue Ocean Strategy. He is a leading

Parshu’s background in mobile and media enables him to help organizations

career in both programming and application development. Prior to his

Benjamin
Schwarz, Consultant
Ben combines extensive grounding and top-level experience in technology with
an innate creative streak to produce innovation that delights customers. In

France’s largest telecoms company, he was selected to be the firm’s
technology spokesperson in the mass media. Now, he provides innovation
consulting and training for firms in multiple countries from his base in

Pavan Soni, Consultant
Pavan served as the Innovation Evangelist at Wipro. In that capacity, he
became well-known for bringing innovation best practices to his organization
and the business and academic community at large through his articles,
keynotes, workshops, and his innovation blog. After leaving Wipro, he went
back to school to pursue a Ph.D. in the Management of Innovation through
Corporate Policy and Strategy.
Pavan’s innovation skills include strategizing about innovation, motivating
people to innovate, and teaching people to innovate. He leads innovation

Educational Qualifications: Pavan’s Ph.D. from IIM Bangalore is expected in
